The venue for the Camp is: CIS, JNU, New Delhi - 110067.
On behalf of the Drupal community we are seeking sponsorships for the event. Please find attached our current expenditure plan. For all items listed in this spreadsheet, except for T-Shirts, we would making the expenditure directly. For this we are seeking sponsorship. We are looking to ideally have a single bracket (Gold only) of sponsorships.
Only in case we are not able to collect the necessary funds then we will seek a lower amount from other companies as well, and perhaps make two-brackets - Gold and Silver - for sponsors. We are looking for direct sponsorships of T-Shirts.
Last year around 250 drupler attended the event. This year we are expecting more and more people to attend the event, with roughly 150 developers and professionals from the industry.
Since Drupal Camp Delhi is not a registered entity as yet, Free Software Foundation of India - fsf.org.in, has offered to help collect the funds and make the payments for the various expenses. Please make all sponsorship cheques in the name of :

Visibility
Due to the use of public infrastructure (JNU) we are not permitted to have conspicuous use of logos of sponsoring companies. Logos would be present on the event banners but would be rather inconspicuous.
Logos would be present on the Drupal Camp Delhi website.
